Case 1. (a) Histopathology of recurrent specimen (H&E staining, original magnification\(\:\times\:\)20), yellow\(\:\to\:\), undifferentiated mesenchymal round cells; blue\(\:\to\:\), areas of immature cartilage; \(\:{\Delta\:}\), antler-like vascular gaps; (b and c) MRI images at 1 month and 1.5 years after recurrent surgery show that the soft tissue of the right orbit is nonhomogeneous slightly hyperintense in the axial scan of the orbit on the T1-weighted image of the right orbit, with no significant change in 1.5 years; (d) MRI at 1.5 years after recurrent surgery shows that the internal rectus muscle is widened and isointense in the axial scan of the orbit on the T2-weighted image of the right orbit
